Ritzy Chicken


Pretty good for a quick dinner, Jake asked for it again!!

Ritzy Chicken

From: Brie's Week - "5 Indredients or Less"

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (not cream of mushroom!)
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted

Place chicken in casserole dish. Spread soup over chicken. Sprinkle crackers over soup. Pour butter over crackers. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.

Did you use Ritz brand Ritz? I was wondering if an off brand would make a difference.

This recipe was DELISH! This is the 2nd recipe of yours I made. Me and my house loved both. I do like your style of cooking, its definitely doable for the working woman. Sometimes these cooks on tv use food I never even heard of. Your recipes contain food I mostly already have. I don't have to spend a fortune to whip up a meal. Thank you!
